I would highly recommend this agency to sell your property as being one of the most honest, professional and trustworthy of all agencies around. The main reason for this is that you do not have to get locked into upfront marketing costs that most agencies charge. Many will charge upwards of $1000 – so if for some reason your property does not sell you will probably remain with them as you have already paid your agent the marketing fee.

However with Arthur Conias this is not the case. You only pay one fee at the end of the sales process and your marketing costs come out of the agent’s sales commission. This is how it used to be, and this is how it should be. A marketing fee charged AFTER the sale and not before.

I also believe we always received exceptional service from Jonathan. He kept us informed at every stage of the sale process – from weekly views our properties were receiving to weekly updates of inspections conducted. And all 3 of our properties sold well within the 90 day agency agreement we had with Arthur Conias.

In my experience, if you are looking for a one-stop-shop for the sale of your property – you have everything to gain by using Arthur Conias, as you have no upfront out-of-pocket expenses and you will deal with highly professional staff.

I sold my family home in Auchenflower in August 2016 through Jonathan Crane and Michael Shean of Arthur Conias Real Estate.  I can wholeheartedly recommend Jonathan and Michael and their agency as the sale, while quite stressful and emotional at a personal level, was handled extremely professionally and smoothly from beginning to end, achieving a sale price above the valuation range in a short period of time.

The Jenman sales process delivered on its promise – multiple fully qualified buyers submitted their walk-away offers within one week of commencing advertising.  In contrast, other agencies seem to promise “we’ll advertise for more than we think you’ll get and see what happens” or “we’ll put it up for auction and see what happens”.  It was refreshing to work with such true professionals that always had my best interests in mind.
